Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel developers are working on the issue, but until it is remedied, using the Grinder is risky. Specifically, placing three purple quality items in the Grinder can possibly crash the game for users. The update caused an issue with the in-game Grinder that can force players to crash.
Players of the game were warned through a post on the official Borderlands Facebook account that directs to the Gearbox Software knowledge base. Unfortunately, the update that released alongside Lady Hammerlock has caused an issue that can make the game crash. A new playable character, Lady Hammerlock, is now available for download that is available without additional purchase for those with a season pass.
With the official announcement at PAX South just days ago, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel fans have a new update and a new character to play today.
